Paula Rafala named Human Resources Director, Memorial Medical Center

MODESTO – July 22, 2009 – Memorial Medical Center has named Paula Rafala as its new
Human Resources Director.

Rafala previously served as Benefit Manager of Sutter Health’s Central Valley Region. She will continue to perform this role in addition to her new responsibilities as Memorial’s Human Resources Director.

Rafala has more than 15 years of experience in human resources and related fields. Prior to joining Sutter Health and Memorial, she held human resources and benefits positions with Integrated Device Technology in San Jose and Fry’s Electronics in the Bay Area.
